The new moving screen thingy looks a bit wierd in screenshots, no more clean sprites :cry:

Finally, some new Pokemon that actually look good, besides the legendaries.

6v6 would be incredibly epic.

 

5 helping hands, 1 earthquake= entire team down.

Hell, you could even use swift.

I'm actually well-educated on the subject of EV's/IV's, natures, etc. but I've never really battled somebody before so I have 0 strategy :rolleyes:

 

When making my team, should I just put 31 IV's in everything? Is that a standard procedure? Or should I use a Random Number Generator to make up ones?

31 everything, unless those IVs conflict with that pokemon's nature (ex. you can't have Jolly Jirachi with 31s across the board), then shoddy will recommend changes. Just check your hidden power again if you're using that.

I've bought Pokémon Platinum (used), and there are some fun pokémon on there, so I didn't just want to reset.

Now, to transfer them to SoulSilver:

- I need a second DS (which I don't have)

- I can go wireless and transfer them one by one. I guess chances are pretty slim someone else will take it? (I hope)

- I trade with another person wireless, which is a lot faster and safer, I guess (but I need to find someone first).

 

Are there any other options?

My shoddy seems to no tbe working, everytime i downoad it and try to play it gives me an error

So let's see... I haven't played SS for a while, and just started again. Typhlosion, Lugia, Golem, Ampharos, Lapras, and whatever pokemon I'm leveling. All of the main pokemon I use (except for golem, 48), are above level 50. After 3 saved games (save game before fighting, turn off ds after I failed) of trying to catch [garden tool]-[garden tool <_<], finally got it (while using ABdown :twss:). Is this good so far? Anything I should specifically train up to fill the 6th slot?

I'd say train a pseudo-legendary to give your time a little more oomph, but that's just me. Dragonite, Tyranitar, or Salamence are good choices.

Maaaaan. Stuck on the fighting chick in Platinum.

 

Her Lucario rapes me with Drain Punch. : < The other two are fine, thanks to my flying-type and my steel/psychic-type (I can't recall their names at the moment), but then they just diiiiiie.

 

Need to go gets me a fire-type, apparently.
