In the sense that you can't ever land successive blows, then yes, Jigglypuff's good. Apart from that, it's a horrible character. It's like, even in SSBM with Peach (a high tier character), you could counter her with Young Link because YL is better than Peach in a 1-on-1 fight, even though YL is a bottom tier character. As for stages, shouldn't we just have a list that we can pick from? It's kind of hard impossible to counterpick stages online. Honestly, I don't care. I just want to play. And lose. For counterpicking, only way you could do it is by letting the other player know which stage you want to play on, and they pick it too. But banning stage is used every day for tournies, so I see why not. Do NOT copy the Cp/legal stages straight from Smashboards, some are just really stupid. They work, but that's really in depth and has CP and calculations done. Just take out some of the obvious choices, such as nonfair, ect.
