Well back in 2006-2007: 5 foot 11; 210 lbs; bench = 290; squat = 475 (?.. maybe a bit off there); power/hang clean = 285. I played (and live) in North Carolina. The high school I went to is 2A.

 

 

 

Random fact: the dude to the left of me in the picture (#92) is one of my really good friends. When he graduated with me in 2007 he was 6 foot 3, 270 lbs, maxed out bench at about 410, and RAN A 4.5 FLAT. Yeah... he's a beast. Plays football for Elon University now. He also happens to be the only person to beat me for defensive player of the year that jack@$$ -.- .
