actually, it would probably become my paradise. think - no more congestion where I cut my willows. More spots per player for training (imagine it, 100 players over perhaps 5 servers, able to become a close knit community)

 

people would sell accounts of course as well, probably. this would mean I could get a high level and suddenly do everything I want. I could get another computer, and give loads of stuff to my other account! hallelujah

 

 

 

However, RS would probably become P2P only =(

 

 

 

Even if that is your paradise, that would be many players' nightmares. :ohnoes: I find one of the greatest aspects of Runescape to be it's community. Some of my best friends now were just people who I walked up to and started talking.

That's true, it'd be more fair if it was based on total levels... (maybe total xp too?) :o

thank you for your comment. Unfortunately though, im not going to include anything that is based on total exp, as bots and macroers can get a skill to 99 easily and therefor can get lots and lots of exp without even lifting a finger.

 

 

 

Even if it was total exp and total lvl combined it would still give bots and macroers the upperhand with the total exp.

They did it this way because of the autoers. Autoers get tons of levels very fast, because of their nature. So, they set it for quests, because autoers don't really bother to do quests, because they're not necessary for skilling.

 

 

 

However, I think that the low trade limit is really bad. I like Bonzeben's idea was good. A percentage would be better. I sold a Guthan's spear, and I couldn't go more than 3k above/below, due to the other person's limit.

It would be interesting to see it used in that method. Any method that will work is better than the current one.

One problem with your idea. Levels are easy to get for autoers; whereas quests are not. If a gold website makes a bunch of accounts and gold farms with them they will get their lvls up using auto programs. Quests on the other hand have to be done by an actual person.

I suppose after reading this i should raise the levels needed for f2p (not p2p because 99% of all bots ect are f2p) as they could be too low level requirements.
