for your level it's still not that good, you have 12 levels per combat, which is like a level 100 having a 1200 total. I'm guessing this is so because you shot straight for the cape, but you should probably hit some other levels. What quests have you completed?

Terrible skills, even for a level 64. If you're going to go straight to a 99 and have no skills above 60 and a bunch of level 1's, at least try to make it something besides fletching or cooking.
