July 16, 200817 yr This would probably make a huge inbalance in F2p. Rich get richer, poor get poorer. The F2p rich people would be the only one to actually be able to buy it, giving them increased advantages in BH, Fog, monster killing. I don't think dragon should be released to F2p, i think something like "Rune Armor w/ [bleep]es" (like the rune berserker) should become a new "set" in F2p. I mean, no p2p is gonna buy a "rune armor [bleep]e set" because dragon and barrows to a p2p, is what rune is to a f2p. Affordable, but you gotta work for it. The new "Rune Armor w/ [bleep]es" could be introduced in many ways, a quest, a minigame, etc. Point is, Jagex wont have to change anything and it'll 'up the antie' in F2p and make them happier. Although, i seriously think that F2p need more weapons. The max damage for a F2p weapon is pathetic, no way to K0 high levels in BH and its...pointless really. So uhm, i just thought this off the top of my head, have fun reading? ;)

July 20, 200817 yr This is a real common view and im sorry but, cant you f2p people stop complaining about the fact you dont have anything beyond rune. When i was f2p i never complained, rune was very powerful if you trained your str and att above 55. I used to go lesser demons with full rune and it worked a charm. Dragon is a member's privelidge, if you cant afford a membership then sorry theres not much we can do, we cant ask jagex to lower the price so we can let anybody become a member. Simply put, they pay, we don't, so why should we get half decent armour? This is beside the point, but over half of the F2P community don't even have enough cash to buy this anyway :-# My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. February 2, 200917 yr not a good idea... im f2p btw. you are basically giving us an armor for free... first off we are f2p and the point of members is to get money from players. f2pers want dragon... so they buy membership for faster and better training. giving dragon to f2p will just make f2pers stay f2pers rather than getting membership.
February 2, 200917 yr I play p2p when I can, but a high percentage of my playing career so far has been f2p and I say no. I saw something mentioned earlier about monsters. I know personally rune is plenty good against any of the monsters on f2p for me. I also agree about the point that if Dragon items became f2p then eventually it would be something else such as Bandos items or something.... I wish I didn't have to play f2p as much, but I suppose those perks for p2p make it really sweet when I can play. Although, I would have to say with those new cards at Target they have make it easy I suppose to get membership where the reason for not having membership is because of payment options. That isn't my problem so much as other reasons. But I think they definitely are making efforts to make payment options varied and easily accessible. I mean come on. If you truly want to play p2p, what is stopping you? Unless you are like me and it is just life situations for me more than money. Seriously?
