IDK how religious she is but I imagine if you remain non-needy and accepting during this breakup period, she'd be down to keep seeing you in the future.

 

If you guys had an otherwise-healthy relationship and were having pre-marital sex often, then I really wouldn't take this breakup too seriously :P I'd still basically tell her something along the lines of, "Hey I totally understand. I'm not able to change my religious views for the sake of our relationship, and if this is something that's really important to you, then I respect your decision and I agree that it's best that we separate. You're a really cool girl and I wish you the best!" Then go completely radio silent for the next few months and shoot her a text or a FB message in the future if you want to see her again.

Frankly, I'm pretty good with where I'm at now. A bit of a sting at first, but now I get to enjoy my last year or two of college. Perhaps I'll reboot tinder.

Did you talk w/ her at all between when she rescheduled and when you were actually supposed to meet up? And did you confirm the meet 24 hours prior to the date?

 

IME it's almost impossible to meet up w/ a girl on Tinder if the date isn't scheduled for either that night or the next day, though, so don't feel too bad about it

I didn't, I figured it was only two days in between  and I didn't want to overdo it because we had already had  a decent conversation the night we scheduled it. but yeah trying to schedule meets off Tinder is always a crapshoot lol, I'm not taking it personally but I figured I'd give the update since I mentioned it here

Those figures become irrelevant as long as you're putting in the numbers and improving your profile though. If you match with 20 girls a day and 1 in 100 girls will end up sleeping with you, then you're still getting laid once a week for example, as long as you're putting in the numbers.

 

If it takes 1 in 1000 matches to get laid, though, then you put in 10x the amount of swipes and/or get new pics so you don't have to put in so many numbers

Not that I charted my data out from my heavy usage days but I matched 200 real profiles in about 2-3 months. Had an actual conversation with maybe two dozen or so of them, met with only 1 and it didnt go all that super (though I could have had 2 more that would have definitely been for sure, my work schedule mucked it up). I had better luck on okcupid, but that could be for any number of factors both personal and geological

Trying to schedule a date this week with a new girl this week. Problems are that I don't get back from work until 7-8 most nights so coffee seems weird and she's only 20 so bars are off limits. Ideally I wouldn't want to wait until Saturday when I'll actually have a free afternoon for a coffee date either. Any suggestions? I guess I could just pitch a meet at Starbucks and not get anything lol, it is the closest thing to my place.
