Been playing Gamecube, listening to music, and practicing my beatbox harmonica all day. I think my music's coming along good. I need to learn how to do it on my other keyed harps, though. I can only make it sound good in A. I should record it or something, at least to get others' feedback.

EDIT: Here's Yuri Lane. I'm trying to do this, but I don't have all his fancy electric crap, so it's a lot more acoustic (can you say that for a harmonica?)

I'm incorporating more harmonica and less beatbox, though. He tends to stay right in one place for a while, using it to accompany the beatbox. My beatbox accompanies my harping, and you can't hear it that well.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I wouldn't be able to play harmonica to save my life. I can only play saxophone and clarinet.

Went paintballing today, had a hell of a time. Huge group, at least 25 people. Tons of new welts. Probally gave 3x as many as I got, being able to shoot 15 balls per second has its' advantages at times. I speant around $60 though, so now im short on cash.

was freezing in mornaing so I chucked a jacket and a sweatshirt to bike to school in, then at the end of school it was really hot, and I had no space in my bag...

Why don't you just pedal so fast that you heat up and then you won't be cold?

I don't think about that when I leave, from my house to school its a steep downhill for about 1k, which is the cold bit...

well.

It's four in the morning, I've managed to finish two art projects, a five page long, single spaced, 10 size font essay on the history of cross country skiing. I've also managed to finish a 1500 word descriptive essay on starting a fire, including two metaphors, similes, personifications, and at least 15 descriptive sentences, using at least four of the senses.

I've also finished two art projects, one was an independent project, I drew the bunnies from a death cab video in sequence, from the bunnies meeting, to the bunny dying. to the bunnies being all peaceful and happy at the end.

Plus a cartoon art project where I had to draw multiple cartoon characters.

and Now I'm off to go do my history project I just remembered I had to do. -.-

Laying in a hotel room at like 6:30am, using wifi from the hotel. Survived 7 hours in the car yesterday. Took some awesome pictures of these big windmills. At one point in that area I got out of the car and couldn't even stand straight 'cause of the wind. I'll be in California in a few hours.

Today we told Brent's parents to basically [bleep] off. They haven't seen their grandson in over 2 months, haven't called to ask how he is, how we are or made any effort to come see us after we've made the last 5 or so efforts to go see them. Their loss not ours! We sent them a message giving them a chance to change and they chose to ignore it, so we'll be in our new house on Friday and they won't be getting our new address. Did I mention we're going to have a house warming party? As you guessed it everyone's invited except them

Yeah, that really sucks. I only have one bad set of grandparents, and that's because they just sit there all the time, not really doing anything. I used to like them a lot, but not so much any more. My mom's parents are awesome, though. They're barely sixty, and they're really pretty healthy, so they'll do crazy stuff.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I'm not sad I knew this day was coming about 2 years ago. I generally get a good picture about people for some reason. I'm just sad for Brent because he honestly thought that his dad (who once upon a time was his best friend) wouldn't stoop as low as his mum and turn up to see his grandson. I'm only angry because they let the two people who I love the most down. Oh well, they gave us a painting a while ago that says "Love: Laugh as much as you breathe and love as long as you live" we'll just shove it back in their letter box next time we're down that way. They need it more than we do.

I want to be just like my nanna when my kids have their own kids one day. I'll play dress ups with them, do their hair, sing songs and dance around, buy them lollies and ice cream, play games with them, tell them stories about when I was younger, turn up to all their important events, hang their pictures on my fridge. I couldn't ask for anyone better to teach me how to behave towards the people I care about. My quote about generations really is true.

Until then you have your son to do that stuff with ::' I myself am looking forward to that, I've been told more than a few times that I'll make a great dad.

Speaking of grandparents, my mom's mom turned 80 last weekend.

My mom went back to Taiwan for a week, it turned out to be quite a strange week. I think we only had Chinese food once, and we washed the dishes and did the laundry every few days.

I get to stay at home today until noon because the sophomores are taking the statewide standardized test. \'

Today's been pretty freakin' awesome so far. First, I got a 100% on a quiz in algebra 2. Then, I realized that spring break's coming this friday, meaning the end of the third quarter, meaning I'm done with algebra 2 and moving on to trigonometry in three days :D And then when I got home I checked my email and CIRQUE DU SOLEIL RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL THIS IS SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm gonna go finish homework then work on music for a while.

I just watched the TV show filmed in the church I had to go to when I went to primary school. It's at the end of my grandparent's street :)

It was surprisingly good for a BBC drama actually ::' I got to see some of it being filmed too :)
