If you want to stay up late, drink regularly, eat a lot [but not all at once, or things super high in sugar] and keep in motion, standing as much as possible, and most importantly, trick your body out of thinking it's night time...so don't keep track of time. I've worked near 20 hours consecutive with only an hour break once. I didn't even notice it was that long until I looked at a clock and suddenly I felt REALLY tired.
