August 15, 200817 yr Well, they have a very low rate. They are good for charms overall (Decent) but it'll take a while to get a sizable number of crimsons. The other thing are cockroach soldiers... They have a high rate. Bring some food though, they attack w/ ranged. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again

August 15, 200817 yr uhm skelletal wyverns? They drop 2 at once: evening out at an avarage 1.25 crimsons a kill! - And they're really easy to safespot (+you can get some neat other drops as well). First they came to fishingand I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing Then they came to the yewsand I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews Then they came for the oresand I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores Then they came for meand there was no one left to speak out for me.

August 16, 200817 yr Fastest charms while ranging- waterfiends (by a LOT). Fastest charms while getting good ranged exp- black demons (ranged exp is over twice as fast as fiends, but charms per hour is less than half). I've spent a lot of time figuring this out, and can say with certainty that greater demons, cockroaches, nechryael and dust devils are all inferior; they all have negligible differences in ranged exp to black demons, and drop less crimsons.
