How about Michigan? ROFL they suck, first losing season in like forever.

Texas is down early, scared yet Texians? Texas Tech should win this game. And like i said, Oklahoma still looks impressive. As does Alabama and Florida. Florida might sneak their way into the BCS Championship.

Oh an Appalachian State is a VERY good football team.

First half, Total Yds (last graphic i saw):

Texas - 21

Texas Tech - 326

Seriously? What about stats now.

Who called it? Texas FALLS! The game was a lot further then the score showed. Texas = PWNT.

Jeez you really hate Texas, but I think I could tell that from a long time ago lol. Also congrats to Clemson who beat Boston College today. \'

Uhh I hope not lol. Anyways TT have fun with Okie State and Oklahoma. =D>

Hurrah for Texas Tech! My alma mater!

My heart is broken by the terrible loss I have sustained in my old friends and companions and my poor soldiers. Believe me, nothing except a battle lost can be half so melancholy as a battle won. -Sir Arthur Wellesley

If USC gets #1 there is a huge bias in poll votes. Alabama should be #1.

Its not that i have a specific grudge against Texas, but more so on all the schools like it. The Texas, Ohio St, USC, etc that somehow grab the top spots every year when really they arn't that good. To many lower schools get looked over just because they don't have the name. Its like buying a Mac computer, you are buying it for the name not the quality of parts.

What i think the top 5 should be:

1: Alabama -even though i don't like them :P

2: Texas Tech -crazy good team

3: Penn State -another surprise team (my favorite) <3:

4: Florida -if they keep playing like they did against Georgia

5: Oklahoma -been doing very well

TEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH. I was at a tailgate beforehand, and my brother went to the actual game. He stormed the field, too.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

I was at the Tech game, because Im a Tech student and it was awesome. Even though Tech really let Texas back in the game it could have been a huge blowout, but ended up being an awesome game.

Why do people support college teams that they aren't currently going to, or arn't an alumni.

Why do you support NFL teams that you aren't a part of?

Why do you want to visit places you've never been?

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

NFL teams represent the areas that they're from. For example, the Baltimore Ravens are supported by people who live or are from Baltimore or Maryland. Colleges represent... themselves.

You go to places because they fascinate or interest you, and wtf? That's irrelevent.

Because maybe family goes there? Maybe we've been going to games since birth? Maybe a college represents and area?

In the state of South Carolina there are 0 pro teams. Why shouldn't i support one of the college teams? Pro ball sucks anyway.

Kriegsig1copy2b.jpg

So because Texas got pwnt this topic dies? No way.

Clemson heads to FSU this week, tough road game in the ACC, we need this one.

If Tech loses this game, it's going to suck BAWLS.

Well Auburn is pretty suckish this year. But atleast I'm going to homecoming.

Are you serious? College teams represent the same thing. I'd prefer to root for a local college team and watch more exciting football than my local NFL team(note: I watch both).

I'm a Georgia fan because

1) I live in Georgia

2) My dad, 2 uncles, aunt, and 2 cousins are alums

3) I'm a senior in high school and I'm 90% decided on UGA

Anyway...tough game this past week. Hopefully we can win out.

Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651

How bout them hawkeyes?

It's to bad that if Tech and Bama win out. Penn St. really has no chance.

No chance anymore lol.

I feel sorry for anyone playing here at Jones AT&T. Our crowd is crazy.

This game is awesome so far.
