It costs WAY more and is WAY less effective than broad bolts. Sure, there are still noobs running around using low metal daggers, but it's still fair to say that steel daggers are outclassed. Period. Not everything. I willl say a Crystal Bow is better for hybrids at DK, as you can wear a skill cape/fire cape instead of a ranger backpack. For general training the rune c'bow is the best hands down, but Crystal Bow still has a small few uses over the c'bow.
