i know investing is proberly the best way to make money but u need money to make money baiscally. so im wondering what is the best way. lets say u have 90 in every single skill i would think runite mining would be the most profitable but since it take like 20 mins to respawn and the only place to mine it is in the wild and there is revs .the second i would think is either rc or woodcutting.

Wrong. I know for a fact that lobs at 80 fishing are no more than 60-70k an hour. Gold Mining is about 75-80k an hour if you find a good world. Yews are really crappy because all the F2P spots are always busy.

For you? Gold mining.

 

Stick with that. It's the best for you. At first it'll be like.. boring and seemign you ain't getting much cash.

 

When you realise you've just hit 1M, you'll realise how good it is!

Ive personally tested Swordies vs. Yew, Yew wins hands down, and as soon as im 40 crafting ill test gold vs. Yew

And ya fishing isn't really viable money making in ftp because the 2 good spots are far from a bank. Gold mining will be better than cutting yews for you, more people prefere yews though because you can afk while woodcutting, lazy bums...

Fishing's a bit better with the new explorer ring. Saves you maybe 20 seconds and 30 gp a trip.

- At 66 RC you can get 7x airs per ess, 1k ess per hour running (dunno about tabs) so 7000 airs per hour

 

 

 

7k * 13 = 91k

 

91k - 30k ( normal price for 1k ess) = 60k

 

 

 

- I did a test for swordies and it looked to be around 50-60k per hour at 80 fishing.

 

 

 

- Yews at 85 WC I can typicly get 250 per hour ( but that is burning and not banking ) so 100k if you find a good world

 

 

 

- Overall the best thing I know of is to get 1M+ and GE merch as you do these for an extra little bit per day

 

 

 

Looking at your skills, I'd say yews at Rimmington is best, then tele to Fally and run back

From personal experience, I have to say F2P Rune ore is NOT very reliable. It is a lot more reliable than typical merchanting, but there is a lot that can happen.

 

 

 

For example, if you do not know the right number of worlds to use, special techniques to mine faster, etc. you will get 1-5, maybe as much as 7 less rune ores per inventory.

 

 

 

Also if you are not lucky, you will try to mine rune when many other miners are online, making competition fierce.

 

 

 

There is always the possibility of death, although Revs are pretty easy to dash from, it DOES slow things down quite a bit.

 

 

 

Then if you use scouts, you need to count the time it will take to create a scouter, pass the tutorial, and get it to the Lava Maze. Although nowadays scouts aren't very useful since Revs are much less of a threat than pk'ers....they can't even run....

 

 

 

In my F2P xp, I've gotten as much as 45 rune ore per hour to as little as 12. A lot of it is luck, although I average at 1 inventory/hour.
