September 11, 200817 yr A few heated posts removed. This is not the way, time or place. Loge was a Clanmod, who was promoted to Global and Supermod if I recall correctly. He is back as Global now, but he will be frequenting and moderating the Clan Forums as he always has done. He did it well, too. Some of you were dissatisfied that another current Clanmod was not introduced here, so Loge was. That's supposed to be a step forward, right? Let's not ruin a welcome back topic with arguing, we have other less public places to do that. Also, if you have issues with a staff member (myself included), you can PM an Administrator, in example Das, and explain the issue. Also a reminder that staff members are held to a higher standard, and the contacting an Admin if dissatisfied ESPECIALLY goes for us. September 11, 200817 yr I would like to welcome back my predecessor here, and wish him a good reign on the Clan Forums. He was the guy who tried to keep the Clan Forums alive when they died out just before I was made a Clan Mod. Some people do not like him, but they did not take him into proper context. Few of you realize he was working almost alone, with only one Admin to back him up moderating all those forums. Finally he retired and the 3 of us (yes their where 3 clan Mods required to replace him) tried to keep up the pace he set. Two of the replacements could not hack it and quit, leaving me his sole successor. His job was a difficult one, and not just because of all the cleaning of recruitment topics that was required. People would blame whoever they thought was in charge for the decline of the Clan Forums, even if it was not their fault. From what I could tell for his part Loge did his best to keep these forums working, and I am confident that now, with the support of multiple other Mods and Admins, and with our support he will make an excellent member of the team, one who will help to continue the clan sections recovery from the cold grip of death that was once upon it's throat. Notice I said Team, the TipIt Staff is a team, and so is the clan Moderators and Admins. Sometimes we forget that they need to work together to get things done, that no one person can simply assume command without the support of the others. Loge has not come back to take his place as commander of the Clan Section, (although he may one day prove worthy of that position) nay I say he has come back to join our team, and to help in the task of making this section great once again.
