In addition, can you imagine anyone who really wants to has a job that consists of answering questions from people who are mad at your company? You can go to any chat for any help, and just waste their time, nothing will happen. Majority of the time a lot of people like to play along as a break form actually working. If your going to mess with anyone on the phone, mess with your friends or phone sex hotlines. But tech support has a pretty important job and doesn't need bored people logging on for the hell of it. As for punishment, you won't get very much. at the very most, a letter from your ISP. But the department of homeland security and the FBI have more important things to worry about that prank callers.
