September 12, 200817 yr press the crtl key on the keyboard 5 times to activate Sticky Keys. Click the settings button and then the mouse tab. Check the box use mouse keys and apply the new settings. And there you go. As to it being legal, I have no idea so I think you should confirm it first.

It is legal, because you are still pressing a button to alch', and you are still in control if your account. Saying that it is illegal is like saying that using your mouse is illegal too. September 13, 200817 yr For Windows XP and Vista you have to press Alt + (left) Shift + Num Lock and then Enter to activate Mouse Keys. You will have a mouse symbol in your taskbar at the right. When you activate it you can turn it off and on by pressing Num Lock. The keys to the right of Num Lock will change the button 5 to left click, right+left click or right click (in this order). As said with 5 you will do a click and with + you will do a double click. With the other number keys you can navigate your mouse. For more options double click the icon. September 14, 200817 yr Lol you could play on a laptop with a touch pad. Same effect with out having to sacrifice your numpad, and if you can't type on your numpad you can't type in symbols (tip won't let me type symbols :( ).

But alt-shift-numlock is the tab for MouseKeys itself. And pressing + double clicks, 0 holds it down.
