OldJoe
:( Would rather Newcastle went down than Hull. Hull wouldn't have a chance next year wheras Newcastle will just strengthen and stay up easily next year. :( Aye, i understand you. Was on Newcastles side 'cause i used to play Unreal Tournament 2004 a couple of years at a server, and there was this guy from Middlesbrough who played there like 2 years, and in the last 6 months before he got banned he was (to say mildly) constantly rude. My only reason why i'm on Newcastles side heh... Well and i guess 'cause i don't want to see Alan Shearer "fail" so to speak. But i understand what you mean. Argh... I want may 30th now! Would be immense if Everton won it again... Was a couple of years ago lol. OldJoe
Well, Man United won the title. Not surprised, nor am i excited about it. Grats to them tho. Better luck next year Liverpool  And Newcastle lost again... This is not going well. But on the other hand, my team won 3-1 over West Ham which is really nice - great season for Everton. LaserDude333
I heard Kaka and Ribery agreed to transfer to Real. Anyway, I've been following Ronaldo (the Brazilian) and he's making one hell of a comeback. 9 goals 11 games and already won the brazilian championship. I ate 620+ brains!! Whoa. MirageOfDeath
I heard Kaka and Ribery agreed to transfer to Real. Heh they sure need them. Thanks to Jaunde Ramos they even lasted this long before Barca could claim the league. Well looks like barca will win the La Liga tonight anyway trailing 2-1 atm against Villareal. 1_man_army
Yes! Celtic drew with Hibs today so Rangers are still on top with a game to go. If we manage to beat Dundee Utd then we've won the league. 1_man_army
Rangers are champions again! Its been too damn long since I've been able to say that. I was nervous before today's game but we were fantastic from the start, Mendes scored a nice goal on the volley with his so-called bad foot. Paolo Maldini retired today :( 40 years old. The guy truly is a legend, a brilliant defender and a great professional. He and Baresi were a formidable duo when they were together at Milan. He is an automatic choice for my all time greatest first eleven. Lateralus
Rangers are champions again! Its been too damn long since I've been able to say that. I was nervous before today's game but we were fantastic from the start, Mendes scored a nice goal on the volley with his so-called bad foot. I waited until well after the football to take a girl for a drink down at my local pub. I should have known better, because the football crowd was still there. We were sitting outside for a few drinks and next thing I know there was a 50 man riot in progress on the road outside. Can't escape that anywhere in Scotland. Oh well, second place for Liverpool. Next season is ours if we keep up the ridiculous form we're on. La lune ne garde aucune rancune.

OldJoe
Well, Man U lost. And they looked a bit lost too. Park i think was the best player of Man U today. Grats Barcelona! 1_man_army
It was like men against boys last night, if I hadn't known better I wouldn't have thought that it was Man Utd playing last night because they were so poor. It was like they lacked any will to win the game and their top players didn't perform at all. I was disapointed watching them because I thought they would be able to take Barca before the game. That being said, Xavi and Iniesta were brilliant, they pulled the strings throughout the game. Even with a makeshift defence, Barca didn't look to be in trouble. I was impressed by Busquets as well, he was the youngest guy on the park and doesn't play regularly but he never looked out of place and seemed to do well on the big occasion. A great day for Guardiola as well, a dream first season as the manager of one of the world's great clubs. It was a well deserved victory for Barca, hopefully this will shut up ITV's commentator (Clive Tilsley I think) who was so arrogant before the match about how great Man Utd were and how they would dominate. 1_man_army
Man Utd have accepted an £80M bid from Real Madrid for Ronaldo. It looks like Real are going to break the world record twice in one month. Rumours about possible trade between Barca & Inter. Etto+ 10 mil for Ibrahimovic. That would be a bad deal for Barca. Eto'o is a better player and Ibrahimovic is probably the world's most over-rated player - so sulky, so lazy, doesn't turn up for the big games. LaserDude333
Ronaldo is definitely not worth that much money. He had an excellent season a year ago, but I don't think he'll get any better. Btw, will he have "Ronaldo" written on his back or "C.Ronaldo"? I ate 620+ brains!! Whoa.

Not underestimating Eto - i think he's a great scorer But Ibrahimovic..well he's something else,Ibrahimovic has the spark ,people pay money to see his type of players. Ronaldo is definitely not worth that much money. He had an excellent season a year ago, but I don't think he'll get any better. You can love or hate Ronaldo but you have to admit - the dude is a lethal football machine. Speed, strengh, kick, headers, dribble - he has it all. Latinoking
Kaka (My favorite player) and Cristiano Ronaldo on the same team now?!?!? INSANE! I didn't buy Kaka's AC Milan jersey (they look ugly), but I'll be sure to buy a Real Madrid one! azntemplar_00
Ibra's always managed to go MIA in big games. Or at least he hasn't produced anything really... And maybe Perez could use some of that money towards convincing FIFA that one ball isn't enough...
MirageOfDeath
Apparently Real Madrid are close to a deal for David Villa + some other Valencia players. They should start investing more in defense really. I guess they're trying to outdo Barcelona in their style of play.
