September 23, 200817 yr Get 34 making random things, then make oak larders all the way from 34-70. Use the cook butler 34-40 and the normal one from 40 and onwards. Have the planks noted in your inventory and use them on the butler to make him unnote them. Be prepared to spend 8-9 gp/xp or about 5m for level 70.

September 24, 200817 yr is it possible to earn money on construcion or is it just waste of money? Construction is the one skill where as your level increases, you have a new ability to waste even more money. There is absolutely zero profit in Construction.
September 24, 200817 yr Make chairs till 4. Bookcases till you can make a worktable... I think its 15 or 20. Oak chairs till 32 (or 34? whenever you can make an oak worktable). Oak dinning tables till whenever. Carved oak tables will be faster but more expencive (takes 6 oak planks but you only get the xp for 5) I teled to house, built, used operate option on dueling ring to teleport to cwars, banked made furniture, took out oak planks, repeated. Got 1-50 in 1 day cost 1m. quit

Once you can make magical cape racks and stuff, i'm sure you can profit a little. There is no way to make "Millions fast and easy"... SO QUIT ASKING ABOUT IT!
September 24, 200817 yr Yeah oak larders are cheapest and fastest way (conjoined) til 99 tbh Con can sorta be profitable, but it isnt what you call profitable; Gilded altar + d bones = huge save on prayer :ugeek: I dont need a siggy no moar.

Now high level construction items no longer make any profit at all, unforunatly. As for now, you wont make any money on anything you make. I would recomend making the highest thing you can with oak planks until you reach the level you want. Oak Tables -> Oak Larders -> Oak Dungeon Doors. More Advanced Discussion: As for using Noted planks Vs. Noted Logs; I have found that while using noted logs will reduce your costs by a considerable ammount, the extra time it takes is not worth it. You are far better off buying the planks on GE, noting them and then having your butler unnote. In the long run, in the time saved you can make the money back and get xp in something else while making the money back. As for butlers, never ever go above a normal butler. Demon butlers are a huge ripoff. 5k more per 8 loads (625gp extra per load) for just 4 more planks is not worth it. The normal one works great espeically when you get above level 74 where your using 10 planks at a time. No need for paying 5k extra every 8 tips for 4 spots you wont be using.
