If you mean the Halloween event hosted in runescape by jagex where you get some crappy item, noone knows as of yet. The only exception is your Quest Points, but you can just change that number in the signatures screen in your control panel. (If you're using Tip.it's anyways, not sure about the others...) As for the Halloween event, I'm sure Tip has some good ones planned, but as for Jagex's Halloween event, I haven't got a clue :? The Halloween hood wasn't a good item to receive although the Grim Reapers house was a lot of fun, it didn't last long at all and wasn't challenging or very memorable.
