Another thing with Bunyips is that you can camp here forever. I bring 4 Summonng Potion(4)s, 17 Bunyips(First oen does not require a dose), and 3 Saradomin Brews(Incase of Rev).

 

 

 

Although you can't pickup loot early on, you can camp here for a VERY long time. I am 81 Def, 91 Hp, and I don't need any food at all. I also use the 2x HP restore, so my HP is almost always topped off. Every 15 min, you can alternate between the spot before the gate, and the spot at the ladder. While at the ladder, you can go restore your prayer if you have been using 2x.

 

 

 

I run from Clan Wars to there also. It is shorter, plus there is the woods. You can get a Rev stuck in the woods, and log.

 

 

 

Banking takes about 3 minutes maximum, it is worth having shorter trips for the ranarrs you can bring home for extra cash imo.

That is true, but after a while, I clear my bunyips for loot. I also don't need money ATM. I just want pure exp.

I got this in exact 1 hour. I trained 82,3k xp, I used melee/range prayer full time with Ultimate Strenght (Prayer level 31) and Rapid Heal (Prayer level 22). So no Piety or Chivalry for me : .

Note: I'm combat level 112, att 85/str 98/def 70 <- (That's why Exaliber is in my invent \ )and level 61 prayer.

So i would like to get best str exp on this spot and my question is: "Should I change something in my set to get better results?"

Don't use an SGS, Dragon Scimitar with a rune defender is better. Or, if you can afford it, an SS is the best thing to use there for Strength.

I had to do 3 quests to get to this spot, but i like the drops and the exp, i've also tried the monkey zombies but i easily get bored there, i think i will switch between the two places :)

use piety all the time along with melle prayer

 

dont use torso as str bonus isnt as good as prayer bonus

 

teleport to clan wars as this saves a bit of walkign through wilderness

 

a good idea would to be train on pvp worlds as your are safe once down there and you build up free time

For example if I were to wear monk robes with piety and prot melee would it be more xp/hr than...

 

 

 

Using void or bandos and only praying piety w/o prot melee?

 

 

 

Also if using bandos/void is better which is better out of the two?

It depends on your defense.

 

 

 

If you have bunyip, then tank it. Bandos would be best in that case.

 

 

 

If you don't then use Void+GS.

 

 

 

If you don't have GS, then Whip/SS(str only) + Rune Def>DFS. Proselyte is favorable over Monk Robes because in transitions, you may get hit if you get sniped by a ranged zombie.

 

 

 

If you have 90+ Def, Then you can do it Piety only, but you MUST use Neitiznot, Torag, DH Legs, and DFS. If you use Bandos, the DEF bonus is too low, and you will need food.

It depends on your defense.

I noticed somethign very odd when training here using a bunyip.

 

 

 

I alternate between the ladder spot and the gate spot everytime they go inactive. I noticed that when I go to the gate spot, I get hit much harder, and stay at 20-40 hp. When I go to the ladder spot, I am constantly topped off. I have gotten over 1m exp here, and that is consistant for me.

 

 

 

Has anyone noticed that the zombies near the gate hit mroe accuratly?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fun Fact= The zombie over the ledge is just plain "Zombie" and do not have armour. Kinda weird.
