...and I have to say: OVERHAUL!

 

 

 

The graphics are simply AMAZING! :shock:

 

 

 

Thus far (as in in the last four hours that I've played), the greater RuneScape community is more positive and less annoying. The greatest difference that I've noticed is in the treatment of the game's "newbies" (i.e. levels 3-20). I suppose you could consider me one, since I haven't played since last December. :thumbsup:

 

 

 

I was able to reactivate my first account (Brenman94), when I haven't been able to for over a year (not counting this year). I suppose that that wouldn't normally be considered praise to Jagex; but hey, I'm happy! \'

 

 

 

The new long-awaited PvP worlds arn't rubbish!

 

 

 

I'm wanting to upgrade to members just for the sole purpose of full screen mode. I get a $20 paycheck every two weeks now, so that won't interfere with tithing for my new church. :D

 

 

 

It's almost like a "Welcome to Your New Home" present to me. I moved to America from York, England in August of this year. ::'

All-in-all, this game will probably end up being played more than Oblivion. It seems that Jagex is finally giving the community what they want (save the trade system, but it's improved since last December). :thumbup:

Oh and get your [wagon] back to England as soon as can be. Even Though 80% of the English are prissy snobs who act high and mighty even though they are worthless, 99% of americans are scum. All in all i would get my [wagon] back to England on the next flight.

Pinning blame on Jagex is like trying to put pants on an old man.

You both know he needs them, but he'll just keep dancing around, avoiding them at all costs.

I keep on going back because i enjoy the country, the 20% english make it worth the while, the 1% americans make it worth the while. oh and i go there with my dad when he goes on busness trips :P

Oh come on, I'm sure that not everyone is an incessant whiner. The graphics do create a far greater sense of immersion, something that runescape lacked greatly so it's a HUGE improvement

Welcome back, it must be an awesome feeling to leave a game and come back to see it amazingly improved. You probably have a lot of catching up to do (a lot has happened in a year) but it is amazing. Everyone is impressed by the awesome graphic updates Jagex has done, from minor monster updates to the massive HD work. It's rather impressive.

When i got to England at first the people were walking around with hteir noses in the air, acting all posh, sounding all posh. If you asked them directions they would give you a smirk. Ive seen and heard better responses from a dead rabbit.
