October 22, 200817 yr I plan to do a lot of melee training for a while, most will be slaying but some will not. I spent almost all my cash on gear for this, and it's shown below. Note: I use different armour/weapons depending on tasks and damage they deal or type of attack. Is there anything that can be removed or added. I do have little spare cash but I can keep notes of stuff to buy. EDITS: 10x Rings of Life 3x Rune Defender 50x Antifire potions. God Cape Full Proslyte. October 22, 200817 yr well I recommend strongly a rune defender and the figher torso. - Obby shield is a waste if you have a rune defender already! Also either guthans or lv 68+ summoning is a "must". (just sell dharocks, an maybe even karils for guthans). Finally if you're really serious later on you might want a cannon and a few (10k+) cannonballs.. October 23, 200817 yr Im nearly 80 slayer at the moment and tbh mate you look good as, obv youll need more food. dont get an obby, should you find you get a lot of daggs, you may want to also invest in a granite shield, there not to much and worth it when you look at how much longer food will last Feel free to contact me ingame for more! October 23, 200817 yr I recommend using Barrows gloves from RFD rather than a combat bracelet, those r much better and if ur killing weak monster, a torso can be very helpful and barb assault is a very fun minigame <-- Grammar failure, i know After taking a break of 17 months, i had to come back but everything has changed way too much xD

I'm not sure how the market is for them though (I sold mine back when they were a few hundred k). EDIT: Speak of the devil! I just received a task of turoths lol! God cape (both sorts) - increase your magic defence/prayer bonus Full prosyete(ps?) - much easier to prayer on some tasks then it is to use loads of food and make numerous runs. A couple of house teletabs Draymon(sp)/lunar staff - for the fairy rings Salve ammy (e) - for undead foes. Leaf spear/sword, broad arrows or bolts and rune cbow. Slayer gem.... bet you have 10+ already.... Mirror shield, nose peg, etc. Games necklaces, to tele to bounty hunter (easy access to the chaos tunnels) Bones to peaches tabs. I know you consider yourself to be an expert on slayer and summoning, but the bunyip is only 2k a pop, and grants 2 hp a minute for 44 minutes, why would he avoid that, its like a slayers dream.
