Orpheus
Final Fantasy isn't a real RPG, it's a piece of crap. The ONLY good RPG to have an ending is the Kingdom Hearts games. You haven't played Chrono Trigger, have you? I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal. OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER. It's just that VATS has lot more depth than FF. Get back here so I can rub your butt.

rushrock
Pokemon rocks, man. :( So, I have another question. Can you get a suite in Tenpenny Tower without blowing up Megaton? Oh, and is there another way to get the sniper rifle besides killing the leader at Tenpenny Tower?
Kiriyama
Firstly, I suggest looking at http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout_Wiki Secondly, you can kill, or wait til you find Paradise Falls and enslave Arkansas then get his sniper rifle. Theres a hidden one near Megaton, again look at the wiki I have linked to for the exact location. You can get into the suite, but really, its not owning it, blow up Megaton if you wish to see it, I reccomend it if you want to be an evil bastard. rushrock
Nice site, thanks. I don't want to blow up Megaton though because it's the location of a lot of quests that I'd like to do. I don't know. So far, my character is really "good" and pure. I should do more stealing.
Kiriyama
Wait til you try lock picking. Alot easier than Oblivion, and more fun. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198
Lenticular_J
That Arkansas guy pissed me off. I got attacked by him both times I've ever played this, and killed him both times. The second time, when I rented and binged on Fallout, his body glitched, bounced, and flew really really high. I think it actually fell when I was doing Reilly's Rangers, and I couldn't stop laughing. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
Kiriyama
Theres a bouncing Deathclaw glitch aswell. But yeah, its best to keep him alive for the quest. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198
rushrock
Yeah, lockpicking is fun. And I found a good way to get to a sniper rifle: The hollowed-out rock near Megaton. Treasure! Anyone try out the DLC? Is it fun?

Anyone try out the DLC? Is it fun? Beat it, twice. The fun doesn't last forever, and it isn't worth the money, but the weapons and earnings you recieve pretty much fill that void. Gauss rifle ftw Hoping to get a new Signature (with matching avatar) soon. :D In the meantime...Steam username: )I'll rewrite it later (add me if you want)

It's just that VATS has lot more depth than FF. VATS is [developmentally delayed]ed dude. There is no depth in it, all you do is just shoot them in a head = instant win. The NES/SNES era Final Fantasy games were great (After that really not so much) and turn based RPGs have a lot more depth than vats... lol. Then again if you're trying to form your opinion around one of the crappy Final Fantasies I could see why you would dislike it. And the Kingdom hearts series sucks. There. I said it. Nadril
Nadril, do you like Fallout 3? Not really man. It was a decent game and I did finish it, but I just had no motivation at all to "explore" afterwards. With the lack of side quests and such to do (like in Oblivion) it got pretty boring quick. That and the combat bored me.

Kiriyama
Unmarked ones don't really count, they're more like tasks. And compared to Oblivion, Fallout 3 does lack sidequests. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198

lockopener
correction, it removes [wagon], and arms and legss and heads and..... bloody mess perk (didnt chood for the damage increase)
rushrock
I think Sworddude's right about the Bloody Mess perk - It doesn't do much compared to any powerful weapon to the head. It seems like a waste of a perk to be honest.

It seems like a waste of a perk to be honest. It's supposed to be for fun, not effectiveness. The +5% bonus to damage is there just so it isn't completely useless
