January 9, 200917 yr It will be an interesting game and ill be cheering for the Giants and i think they will win or have a better shot at winning. The reason is because they r a good football team and confident because they won the superbowl last year. not to mention that they r at home and jacobs is almost recovered. they will mist burress though. The main concern is how the Giants play defensively. the giants offense will produce points but the defense will need to do their job and not let them score too often. I say Giants in a close game. home-field advantage, confidence, and a healthy jacobs. and u cant base predictions off the giants last couple of games... it was the end of the season. they were banged up and why try too hard with the risk of more injuries? so of course they lost their last games. the only game they needed to fight for was against the Panthers for homefield advantage as well as bragging rights. they got the job done and i think this will be the same. GO GIANTS!

Although I really hope the Eagles win :P The reason(s) Philly will win the game: 1) Eagles have an overall better passing offense than the Giants. yep 2) Giants are missing Plaxico Burress. yep 3) Brandon Jacobs isn't 100% not sure they said he might be all right to play 4) Eagles are riding on momentum. maybe Reasons why Giants will win game: 1) Giants have overall better defense. dont make me laugh 2) Giants have a 100% healthy Brandon Jacobs who is fully rested and healed (3 weeks rest). Teams always have a couple of bad games, yet everyone wants the entire staff fired every time. Jake Delhomme has been on a downhill slide the second half of this season, he's just inconsistant and relies on the ability of Steve Smith too much. The offensive coordinator kept passing the ball after 5 interceptions, let alone 2 interceptions. What an idiot, when you have the #3 ranked running offense stay on the ground attack. I still support the Panthers, I just believe the offensive coordinator & Delhomme shouldn't have made stupid decisions.
