I've only had the AI start a war with me ONE TIME in TWO YEARS. AAAAAUUUGH. Piss them off in every way possible? (Though that's so obvious I'm sure you're already doing it...) You could try the RFC mod. Megaloads of fun. Apparently the AI is more aggressive. Eh. And sometimes other civs will declare on you to be historically accurate. Also, don't play against peaceful civs/leaders (Like Gandhi). Face the Vikings. They like war. And porn. Anyyyyyway...Back to guessing.
