here's a few i've noticed

 

1. my volatile tool changed into a morphic tool

 

2. if i wield the harpoon, i automatically barehand fish, if i don't wield it i fish without an animation

 

3. the hatchet is not providing an experience bonus

 

4. i've heard of the weapons and armor changing into different pieces, which may not be a glitch, but it hasn't happened to me

 

 

 

what others have you guys noticed? and how long do you think it will take to fix them?

I've had the volatile/morphic tool thing... Bah, it's not like the rewards in this game are something to get worked up about. This is like Castle Wars, not the best rewards but the game itself is a blast. :

i dunno, i like the whole 1.7x smithing exp the hammer gives

 

saved me a nice chunk of money getting to 60 smithing

My volatile tool when all weird too. I found that I couldn't mine gem rocks with it, just stood there. I wasted a few charges getting it into a hammer and then it turned into a proto tool lol. Aw well nvm. I'm sure it'll all be fixed soon.

I think it requires a whole sub forum to discuss the bugs with these.

 

 

 

Fortunate people get 0 xp in most cases rather than 1000xp for mining tin or something. Thats with the harpoon of course. Before it transforms into bob the cat and walks away.

I tried to change the helm from melee into mage and it turned into mage robe bottoms. Which wasn't all that bad, since that was what I needed :thumbsup: still... My friend was complaining that his hatchet wasn't giving extra xp either.

I can't use the needle it says nothing happens. any clue on that one?

I'm F2P so I can't experience any of these (not that I should experience glitches anyway...), but could you guys post some pictures?

No it wasn't. You don't wield both at the same time, you wield a scimitar, then transform it into a bow from the equipment menu. It stays equipped, as does your shield.

I find the Quality Testing on this minigame appaling. The minigame and its rewards are riddled with a number of bugs on par with construction (not quite but close I think). Now the glitches in teh minigame rewards aren't as bad as at least one of teh construction glitches, you still have to remember construction was an entire skill, this is a little piece of constent in comparison (albiet a very complicated minigame and rewards, but still). The helm turning into bottoms should have been spooted. There is no excuse for the tools not getting: any exp, no bonus exp, less than normal exp. There is no excuse for missing animations/ wrong animations. There is no excuse for the bow being weilded with a shield (surely one of the QA staff should have thought of that). There was a game cripling glitch that caused games to be 1 minute long.

 

 

 

Sure, there are going to be glitches, but the number here is amazing. It's like they rushed it into being and gave it a 5 person 2 minute testing. Actualy they probably played a couple games, ran out and tried the tools on an object from each skill, and tried transforming armour and weapons a couple times. Its just amazing some of the things they missed.

When I used my morphic tool as a picaxe it graphically turned into a bronze picaxe while I was in the process of mining :ohnoes: :wall: Of course it changed back to normal afterwards :?

it happened to me #-o but you you wear them as normal and not on your head sadly haha

I tried duel wielding the bow and zamorak book today and it didnt work so it has been fixed.

i myself haven't got any of the rewards yet because i havent had the time to play it. But ive heard about them and it must really be bad if it doesnt give you the correct exp bonuses.

The gear doesn't stack in my bank eitheir for some reason, I really want to play this mini game more ,but due to bank space, I can't :(
