Princess Viola
THIS IS A F2P IDEA You know what some 'Scapers want? Player Owned Shops. But, that would be too hard and complicated. So, I thought of a solution: Player Owned Stalls! All you need to make a Player Owned Stall is: 50 planks, 25 steel nails, 5 pieces of cloth, a hammer, and whatever you're going to sell! Remember, you do NOT need any Construction levels to do this. To make a POS, you nail the planks together to form an "unfinished stall". Next, you use the cloth to make a covering for the stall. Now you have a "completed stall". You just need to set it up. To prevent people from setting up stalls everywhere. Your limited to certain locations. Once your stall is set up, you now get whatever you'll sell, stock the stall, and name the stall. (e.g. if you're selling runes, you could call the stall "The Rune Stall"). To collect money, simply go to the stall and select collect money. Best part, people can sell to your stall too! But, to prevent them from selling ANYTHING. You can limit them to only selling certain things. (Rares can't be sold) Because, you would want to end up having 500 burnt shrimp being sold to an Armour Stall? Some of you are wondering how this is better than the GE. Well, let me tell you how. The GE has a maximum of six slots (two for free players). POS have a maximum of 75 slots. In that case, I'd love to have such a thing, so I will SUPPORT!!! \ BTW, use a hide tag for the supporters list, so that you can make it not cause serious scrolling. ~Mr. "Hmm?" Also, I love to drop out a 'funny blurb' or 'context-pertinent thought' that might help push the thread along and/or give some humor... (Heck, I've been complimented on it via PMs and people standing up for me in threads, which I thank them for even if I don't outrightly say it...) Further, I like to see who decided to only reply based on the thought-in-name thing. :D ~Mr. D. V. "Let's keep this thread on the ball now, okay?" Aeon_
And it would mean you wouldn't have to trek over to ape atoll to get a d scimmy... Would it be like say you put some rune arrows in, it stocks that and all arrows below it? Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.-Random Youtuber
Xx_Flare_xX
I like the idea but it might cause a few problems: there would be lots of crowding (stalls everywhere) causing alot of lag. It could be a great addition to POH's, have a house party and sell/buy things at the same time ;) I support :
Mercifull
And this is better than the GE because...? Owned_Nex
Support. But the stalls WON'T fit in the "real" world. Maybe have a room for it in the POH? But JaGeX has to find a way so people don't RWT with this. Its also kinda pointless due to GE Dungeoneering isn't a skill. I'm faster than bots at Sorceress Garden. PM me if you want to chat. My PM is always off. My keyboard is on fire. Want some?
jgrazotis
i half-support i think its a good idea but it would make the game really laggy and crowded, it would make the G.E. pointless and it will never happen, other than that i support  you could make a basic stall at lvl 1 con and better looking stalls that have more spaces at higher con lvls thanks to mitsubishi64 who made this sig
sibmaster
I support on the basis that it is either implemented into POH, or there are designated locations to build these, like a similar portal to the POH dotted around that take you to "MarketPlaces" where you can set up one or buy/sell there. Marketplaces would be the area size of the G/E , and hold like 50 - 70 stalls. You can set a "reservation" in these so when a place becomes free it saves it for you and you can set it up with no worry of having to wait an eon and get in there quik before someone else builds. Also stalls have a limited time, and also would be destroyed when you log out. Sorry about all that, got a little carried away :? lol But i have to say, it may have to be P2P if it involves construction. Smashing Pumpkins Fan? jgrazotis
But i have to say, it may have to be P2P if it involves construction. only the lvl 1 stall would be f2p and maybe you get no xp for con when you make stalls thanks to mitsubishi64 who made this sig

Jenove
support because with that comes the inevitable player set prices plus the meber aspect would be to have 3/4 of the decorations availible for it (if any) SUPPORT
Lt_Surge
I think (and when that happens, you know it means trouble) that Jagex said that they were working on that, but scrapped the idea as the Grand Exchange basically did everything that they wanted the stalls to do. I can't say I don't support. It is a good idea, and I have always supported this idea when I've seen it. It's just that we already have the Grand Exchange... If there was some way in which this would be better or more fun than the exchange, I'd support. When I see people say it, I pronounce it "poon" in my head. Makes more sense to me. My friend said it in real life once and I almost kneed him in the family-maker.$DO || ! $DO ; trytry: command not found
Jenove
there could be a place under g2 called the marketplace where playr owned stalls are there would be slots to show what would be displayed on rack and what u sell alos u can pick what price you want for item when u go inside your trading limit is exhausted for 2h ::ssugessstion:: once agian support
Will H
Boiling it down, you would get the same result, or possibly a better one, if you just extended the number of slots available at the GE. 75 is unmanageable for a single player, I reckon 9 is a better number, and give 4 to f2pers. ~ W ~
