Yes, they buy them, just not instantly. IMHO it's not actually 400-500k an hour, more like 250-350k an hour. You just can't buy the harpoons that fast.

You can't expect to make that much money fast, much better than the farming you've been doing. The harpoon method is great, and use it for at least more than 2 loads to get some start up cash. Then get your skills up till you can go to Sara or Arma GWD or other boss hunting.

 

 

 

If there was a fast and fun way to get millions then everyone would have done it.

You make 900k an hour with 91 runecraft. Mix some farming in to keep the monotony down, and you'll have 60-70m in no time (70 or so hours of solid game time, which is 3-4 weeks playing a healthy amount).

I think that among those random words I can make out that you're asking about npc trading . . . it's buying things from npcs who sell items cheaper than on the GE. Harpoons cost 5 gold in Piscatoris but sell for 82 each on the GE.

Now that's not nice. We are the Help and Advice forum, after all. Since each harpoon costs 5 to buy and you sell it at 80-82, you make about 75 gp profit per harpoon. This means that if you're trying to earn a certain amount, you just divide it by 75 to get the number of harpoons you need, then multiply it by 5 to get the cost.

 

 

 

If you want to make 320k profit an hour, that's 4k harpoons bought in an hour. 4k times 5 gp/harpoon is 20k. You should spend about 20k an hour doing this!

Copters, money doesnt come overnight. You have to have patience. Money making takes skill and patience, and some risk taking. All the things you said you don't want to do like slayer and aviansies are one of the best money makers. Slayer is a bit slow, but you do make money off of the clue scrolls and some rare drops. Aviansies are a great way for money making considering all the noted addy bars they drop. :

Personally, I think that NPC Trading to make cash is waste of time.

 

Don't knock it if it works. Basically, you can do NPC trading, you can raise your stats to go boss hunting, you can do Aviansies (which are a decent source of money, not "crap" if you've got the levels for them), or you can just gather insanely high amounts of some basic materials to sell in bulk.

I tried Aviansies they're overcrowded. I've heard oAir Orb making can get you a nice amount.

99 fishing from monks and 99 hunter from red chins, will give you about 60mil and you'll get two really nice 99 capes

Now, 99 fishing is relaxing and fun sometimes. But Hunter that's a no-no :shame: . It bores the hell out of me. Can anyone think of any other skills than Mining and Hunter?

Collecting blue dragon scales in Taverly dungeon with a tortoise familiar is ~350k an hour for running around in circles.

Second for Tortoise pouch is like 5k each? I wouldn't do that because I don't have 81 Agility or whatever for the little shortcut and I don't have high enough Summoning.
