I would love to be able to own another NES... I used to have 2 then my house flooded and they died... (insuance company paid for a GC though so it was okayish)

Or I'd love to be able to buy a N64. Never had one but the games were relatively good and I liked the controllers.

I would like to own a SNES. My grandma had one, but I believe the video cables stopped working on it so I can't play it anymore. The system had awesome games, and was a blast to play.

I also would like a Sega Genesis. That console rocked. The original Sonic games were amazing. That and Mutant League Football.

I really, really want to say Dreamcast.. but I would totally just settle for sega getting in the console business again. Sega Saturn and Dreamcast were both great, under rated consoles that got cut too short. The saturn had, IIRC, the first console hard drive in it (no need for a memory card!) and the Dreamcast had the first, good, online gaming experience. And a free one at that.

Really though, I miss the dreamcast. I may actually grab it and play through Sonic Adventure again.

60 gig PS3

I would only buy a PS3 if it was this model. The others just seem gimped in comparison.

Excatly, I dont want to have any need for my PS2

Definitely the Nintendo 64. One of the greatest video game consoles of all time. Even though I have one, my friend wants one and the local gaming store sells them for $200 because they're in the original packaging with the instructions and [cabbage]. And he only has $120.

Either way, my 64 is the most manly thing ever. It's the Pikachu version.

I'd also like the Game Boy Advanced SP back into production.

And the Genesis and Super Nintendo and the PlayStation.

Sega Dreamcast for me :D

The graphics on this, compared to the PS1 (which if I remember correctly was the rival at the time?) were AWESOME. They also had some great games, and the games that were on the PS1 as well as Dreamcast, just didn't compare; in both gameplay, and look.

[hide=My favorite games from the Dreamcast]Chu Chu Rocket

Sega GT

Tomb Raider Chronicles

Speed Devils

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear

Vigilante 8: Second Offense (This version kicked the PS1 versions [cabbage])

Worms Armageddon

Crazy Taxi

4 Wheel Thunder

Silver[/hide]

You are out of your mind if you pay $200 for an N64.

Not if you're desperate.

Dreamcast was the first console in the sixth generation. PS1 was fifth generation.
