This will also help if you want to know the time in another country/s Idea: Candles in houses and banks New Distraction & Diversion--The Dog Hunt [hide=Dog Hunt Ideas]At night time Dogs appear in random places accross Runescape and you must hunt down 10 to receive a special reward The Reward could be a new dog for a pet or familar and the special attack could be growl which reduces the enemies attack[/hide] Trick Emote upgraded at night time The Grand Exchange with oil lanterns on the desks. Also if your skilling you coudl build a camp fire** that would keep your person warm as she/he skills. Bed 1 bundle of Hay/Wheat 1 Cowhide dried*** Your person is healed as he/she sleeps in the bed bed can be lite on fire to be desposed of 100 XP for Crafting CampFire 3 sets of logs LVL 20+ to light fire Fire last from 5 to 20 mins depends on FM skill lvl Food bruning % is at 75% Fire gives a 25% chance of gaining extra item when preforming a skill within 5 squares of the fire 50% health is gained XP gained from fire is 350 Dryed Cow Hide is obtained from laying cow hide on open flame Act as one for the whole, not as one for yourself. It doesn't say anything about suggesting it on Tip.It ;) :thumbsup: It's a great Idea and It would look very cool in HD BUT, some players can only play the game at certain times like myself. so It would be a bit unfair to those who can only go on at 8pm (so can only play at night) So could we have something like an option/spell to choose when we want day and night? To solve the whole day and night things with places that are permanently in night or day: places like the desert can be put in the dark because believe it or not, they do have night in the desert :o . onuasdad Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Alright, maybe this won't happen, but i have an idea... you know you can change the brightness in rs? well, I think they should add one more lighter one and one more darker one. That way, you can simulate day (well, the 3 brighter current ones are, basically, day...) and night, which would be the darkest one. Also, maybe it would be nice to automatically change these sometimes... Jagex HAS the time to add one more darkness and auto-changes. Jagex HAS the lazyness to not do this. Its basically like createing 2 runescapes on one platform or whatever (was gonna call it a server but thats like worlds). I like the idea, but I'm sure some people might find it annoying in the dark. It's why you're supposed to use your car's headlights at night, because you can't see if you don't.
