I've been thinking of a few ideas for cod6, I don't consider cod5 as a call of duty game. And I'm waiting for cod6 while playing 4.

 

These are some things that I would love to see.

 

 

 

+ Buyable modifications for weapons such as grips, scopes, stocks, triggers etc.. I don't know what you would buy them with though. Maybe money (how could you get money?) or kills etc.

 

 

 

+ Different camo, clothes, hats etc.

 

 

 

+ Different ammunition types and calibers.

 

 

 

+ Different colours and camo for weapons.

 

 

 

I know most of these are simply cosmetically and they could probably just add them cod4 which I would like but they would most likely add it too cod6 instead so they have more of a selling point.

 

 

 

Any ideas of what they should add?

 

Also I hope they don't make it in the future or past.

Most of hose things are already in there and they're probably halfway through making the game already.

I would actually love to see a future Cod. Not many games pull off future FPS's well, but I'll bet infinity ward could pull it off.

make a better lobby. feels like a ps1 game with the crappy lobby. understand they want it to look grim and war-like, but it doesn't have to be so darn ugly

I would like it added to the create a class.

 

And I would love it if there was create a solider which would be changeable for each class you have..

 

 

 

And PLEASE make one more custom slot. I have M16, AK47, P90, SAW and the barret. But because of that I can't add a shotgun class.

You do know calibers are "binded" to one weapon, ie. M16 cannot fire 5.45x35 ammo only 5.56x39 NATO and can't be modified by just attaching something like the ways COD4 weapons modifying works?

I think COD6 should take place in Vietnam or maybe in the near future. (next 5-10 years)

They're great ideas, such as choosing bullet types and modifiable guns but eventually it could be some builds are level based and completely OP'ed.

 

 

 

DO remember they make these games for the 'pick-up and play' group, they don't want a confusing bunch of things like bullet velocity, recoil difference etc having to be taken into account when playing as the average gamer, they just want something like CoD4 where you could pick it up and play without hassle.

not really. rock band kinda trounces it. COD doesn't have any rivals.

Yeah it might make more average gamers uneasy but they could make it optional such as the gun is average. But for someone like me who wants to spend more then 20 minutes modifying guns I want that option.

 

 

 

Also I know guns can't just change caliber.

 

 

 

But maybe at least let you choose? It's not like it would damage the game.
