Paint debate is officially pwned.

 

 

 

It's simple... white reflects more light, blue paint only reflects blue light so it absorbs much more energy. Red paint would dry faster than blue because it reflects red which is the lowest energy type of visible light but absorbs blue which has a higher energy level. Black paint absorbs everything and will dry fastest of all. Note that this information assumes the paint differs only in pigmentation.
