We have been running eBaum's World for 10+ years so this is a very sad time for all of us. Without us, I am sure the site will not run nearly as smoothly anymore since there is a brand new team running it and they have no idea what they are doing. Please do not email me with complaints about eBaum's world or that they are featuring the same content. And don't be fooled, they are continuing to post content in my name and other previous users/staff on the site to make people think we are still there. I assure you it is not any of us. February 1, 200917 yr What was EBaumsworld? First it was a fun site where you could browse user submitted content.. After maybe a year or 2.. A site that took flash videos and soundboards from other sites & branded them "copyrighted" by eBaumsworld, and used them as original content. Not that it wasn't a pretty good compilation of especially soundboards, but they were outright stealing intellectual property and selling ad space while displaying it. I had no sympathy for them even when they were being constantly harassed/DDoS'ed last year. I'd bet Eric Bauman couldn't really care less about the site shutting down even if he created the site... He's already become a millionaire thanks to it. He wont even need to work again for the rest of his life.
