February 7, 200917 yr While wielding Magic secatures, you get a minimum of 5 herbs per patch, assuming that they don't die. Without the Magic secatures, you get a miniumum of 4 herbs.

February 7, 200917 yr i dunno whether they depend on the herbs.. i usually get about 10, with a max of abt 15 from kwuarms, now with irits, i get about 7-8 only, max so far is abt 12.
February 7, 200917 yr I can confirm that the average is around 6,5. Recently started farming 2k toadflax seeds (bought them at 600 ea and they're now 1k ea so epic merch) and after 200 seeds my average is 6,64, including deaths (10/200 died). Always use supercompost and secateurs.

I think usually 10 is a bit overdone. 6,5 is the average. And that correlates perfectly with the 40k herbs I've farmed. February 7, 200917 yr I believe macaw increases herb yield from farming also, so use it if you have 42 summoning. Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:

It increases herb drops and some people like to have it with them on farming runs using the herbcall special move for some extra herbs.
