so what should I get, If i was going to get a Zune, I'd get the 8-gb model. But I am unsure of the Zune music program as I can't find any unbiased reviews of the program. If I was going to buy the iPod, I'd probably get the 16gb nano. But the iTunes is worth it as I have a 1st generation iPod nano which is starting to get a little old (breaking). Any opinions? If anyone could give me the DL on the zune softwear that would be great as well :)

Yes, this should be placed in the off-topic forum. This forum is for all RUNESCAPE related questions.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

Moved to the correct forum (which is actually Tech and Computers, not Off-Topic ;)). I wish I could help, but I don't know anything about Zune. So sorry :( Good luck finding your answer though!

do you HAVE to pay the 14.99 a month or can you just download a single song?

Nope, you can buy songs individually too.

The Zune software is a lot better than it use to be. Download and try it out. http://www.zune.net/en-us/software/download/default.htm

I like the Zune because it has fm radio, wireless syncing, and the option to buy songs over wifi which the ipod nanos do not have these features. You can also share songs and pictures between zunes but finding somebody else with a Zune is kinda rare :P . I have the 30GB version and it's pretty good.

iPod Touch, 8GB and you're set.

Tip: Don't buy it from your local retail store (unless you don't have any patience). Look around online like Amazon.com for better deals.

i have both :D the ipod and zune. I have a touch and the new gen zune. spoiled i know but i got it with my own money

my opinion touch>zune>nano

zune comes with a radio which dosn't need wifi to listen too while ipods do...i am not sure if they have an adapter for the ipod for local radio yet

but i have a touch so i rely on wifi for my radio but the games on my touch keep me happy

thats why i think i would get a zune over a nano but touch over a zune

with ipods i cannot rip song is have in the ipod to my comp i needed a special program to do it...while zune i can rip songs to and from any computer

Either an iPod touch, or one of those epic looking Zens.

Not a zune

I dont need a siggy no moar.

I wouldn't go for either of them. You can get a good mp3 player for much less money.

Indeed you can. I would personally go with the sandisk Sansa Clip, or then Sandisk's higher-end mp3 players. It's worth checking out.

You can't go wrong with an IPod, but they can be a bit expensive.

True, I currently have one of the Sansa familly (although mine is old) and am very pleased with it. It still works after all it went through.

Yes, you can go wrong with an Ipod, depends what you do with it.

From what I've seen, Zunes are durable as hell though.

I'd get a Sandisk though, they're great.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.

Ipod are way too overrated, get a Zune
