To be honest, that place has been used too much for 99 level ups.

 

 

 

I'd suggest somewhere random...like the fairy-ring code for the swamp wasteland (forgot it) or somewhere else you feel is pretty random.

Well what hasn't been done, I'd do it on the red dragon's on red dragon isle in the wilderness.

Blood altar on a pvp world with everyone dying.

be realy random and get it to a few xp away and go to lumby on world 1 or 2 get loads of people to follow and do it on the goblins!

It might sound weird, but a cool idea would be to level on General Graador - get to within a couple XP, then have your team lower him then run to the corner while the tank continues to tank. Then you could AGS spec him to get the level by killing him :P

Get on a boss monster they can get too.

 

Kbd, Chaos elemental, etc.

Bandos only has a 60 strength requirement; everyone but the tank is safe, so long as you get a skilled tank that can sit around getting hit, you shouldn't have a problem. It's much easier then with any other boss monster where everyone, not just the tank, is in danger.

Lure bandos to the door and get your friends bandos boots/ancient maces?

I might point out that you can use NPC contact to redeem penguin points from anywhere, which saves you the trouble of keeping a lamp if you want a secluded spot.

I would recommend the classic Player-owned House.

 

 

 

All the Level 99s that I've seen so far have been done in my friend's house in their Combat Ring. After they level, we usually have a big combat party and post it on Youtube.

I still go for the KOing bandos with a d claws\ags spec - safe, cheap, anyone with 60+ strength can come. Do that and I'll be there 8-)
