I'd suggest somewhere random...like the fairy-ring code for the swamp wasteland (forgot it) or somewhere else you feel is pretty random. Bandos only has a 60 strength requirement; everyone but the tank is safe, so long as you get a skilled tank that can sit around getting hit, you shouldn't have a problem. It's much easier then with any other boss monster where everyone, not just the tank, is in danger.
