And it's not just reality TV. Every other television show creates some sort of fake drama or sadness between the characters and come up with pretty non-realistic solutions to their problems as well.

No, those are normal. They are made for little kids.

The names are hardly weird, really, the thing was made in bloody Japan, do you want English names for the character when they were born in Japan, are Japanese, and live in Japan?

 

 

 

Plus, regarding the comment about how they look. What animes have you seen? Because they certainly don't look as weird as half the damn characters that are/were on Cartoon Network when I watched it up to about 5 years ago or something.
