On-topic: Microsoft. Paint.NET is a pain in the [wagon] to update or uninstall, Bing is just another way for Microsoft to cash in on another site's accomplishments (Google) and Microsoft bribes game developers to make Xbox360 exclusives and leave us PS3 users in the dust.

 

 

 

Probably hypocritical that I'm typing this on a Microsoft OS, but it's the cheapest and most user friendly so...

I can deal with it when people text or use msn but seriously, its not that hard to do when you're posting.

It's not that bad, come on. Capital letters and full stops make it readable at least.

 

 

 

Another thing that annoys me, when I think about it, is the almost chan-like attitude that OT has. OT can be pretty hostile to new peoples here, or even old ones, it's kinda sucky really. -.-

If you go into pvp worlds not to pk but to get easy kills/Cash its sad, but scamming the 26k trick is even worse.

Another thing I hate is when my friend uses stupid chatspeak on Facebook or something. He tries the argument 'it's what everyone else does' but I use the good old 'if everyone else jumped off a cliff would you?' :P

 

Oh and it's not that bad of an argument.. assuming that he uses the chatspeak to chat to friends, if everyone else is using the chatspeak then he has more people to talk to. But yes I would jump off a cliff.

I should have said nobody is funny on the internet. I mean, sure there are a few witty and creative things here and there that make me smile but the ratio of funny:non-funny is ridiculous. There's the fact that everyone and their dog takes a shot at it and the majority of internet jokes just suck horrendously. Not everyone is funny so I don't understand why everyone tries. And the thing is, they recycle the same stuff over and over again without putting in any application of their own. The whole atmosphere of the internet is pretty much nothing but unoriginal mindlessness and "randomness" (it's not even really random because it's the same damn repetitive formula) now thanks to things like 4chan. Are memes really supposed to be funny? So yeah, even if there is good humor it gets filtered out by all the lolcats and :twss: 's. I guess what I'm trying to say is net humor doesn't even hold a candle to real life humor. The internet raped humor.
