Not hating on me. But has anyone tried a Self-Farmed spirit tree? <3:

It was stated somewhere that they work.

Burning yew trees gives exactly 1k fm xp

Lagatag.png

2 of my friendsnow say there are 5 sapling stages. possibly you arrved at the one in pic at it's second stage; the trees don't need players nurturing themto grow (nurturing just quicken growth rate)

Death should not be taken as 'the end,' but a very effective way to cut down taxes.

XP from the tree

Evil Normal tree logs - ?? Roots - ?? Burning - ?? Sapling - ??

Evil Oak tree logs - ?? Roots - ?? Burning - ?? Sapling - ??

Evil Willow tree logs - 45.6 XP Roots - 9 XP Burning - 450 XP Sapling - 66 XP

Evil Maple tree logs - 56 XP Roots - 11 XP Burning - 675 XP Sapling - 121 Xp

Evil Yew tree logs - 64.5XP Roots - ?? Burning - ?? Sapling - ??

Evil Magic tree logs - 71 XP Roots - 14.1 XP Burning - 1517.5 Sapling - 311 XP

Evil Elder tree logs - 77.8 XP Roots - 15.5 XP Burning - 2,000 XP Sapling - 687 XP

You should move this to the General Guides forum it would be better suited there.

Also how long does it take for a tree to go from stage 1 to a full grown tree?

theres a good clan chat called eviltreechat, its usually got heaps off people in it and it helps you find evil trees.

its really crowded thou.

Gamertag: EFs Predator.

Games I play: Halo 3, Halo wars.

I just did my 2 trees today, nurtured both.

First one was an Oak, ended up giving 43xp per stage I nurtured.

Second was a Yew and I was getting 172.5xp per stage nurtured.

Hope that helps and very nice work on the locations. =D>

Sorry, couldn't get to the sapling in time, but it was north of Yanille.

Tree turned out to be a Normal Evil Tree

Roots : 3XP each

"Logs": 15.1XP each (counted an XP increase of 15 nine times, followed by a 16)

Light kindling: 200XP (as predicted)

Examine info: This looks like a challenge anyone can deal with.

If you want, I also recorded the change in my XP from cutting an evil oak tree 23 times

Thus the *exact* XP from an Evil Oak Tree is 32.4XP.

In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.

you should add the clan chat "eviltreechat" to the list of clan chats, its a really good one and its got tons of people in it

I also got 100% reward on this, which is 94 willow logs, a nest, 565GP and 14 minutes of the magic

One other person got this exact combination, except the nest was swapped with an acorn.

Hope this helps out ;)

I'd like to say that the Draynor Village tree has also got the hint 'Near many willow trees' I have been to that tree twice since the Evil Tree's release, and they have both had that hint.

the same hint for 2 different places? That's just great.

The "Southwest of Legends' Guild tree" also has the hint: "Near many willow trees".

I'm pretty sure having boobs is the most broken super power anyone can ever have. 0_0

"It can be found due west of a town you call Lumbridge" is also a clue to the tree spot north of the swamps and southwest of the farming tree patch.

I would like to add that if you are unable to collect your reward such as in a situation of needing to logout, or escaping pkers on PvP the Leprechaun will gather it for you. The next time you attempt to chop/fm an Evil tree, the Leprechaun will give you the reward you missed on the prior tree.

I noticed that no one said this, so maybe it is a helpful piece of information. ::'

Indeed it is. I should start to chop these Evil Trees seriously... one of these days.

evil tree was located at south of gnome stronghold

thanks everyone for posting maps and locations, we will be getting these into the website guide shortly.

Additional "clues/hints" to the locations are still needed, please keep posting!

it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.

Tool Leprechauns can give you your reward, too
