The difference being is that Brainy's picture is of good quality, as his character is not in human form, the picture is not resized, and so retains its quality. If the picture is of a human character, like who_am_i's is, the image is usually blury: For that reason the blury picture cannot be excepted. Sorry for any confusion caused.
