If you're focused only on combat skills, they're still good, but you could probably get better xp at Armoured Zombies or Ankous. I would still recommend them anyways, because if you plan to train Summoning in the future, Dusties drop loads of Crimson charms. I would not camp down there for too long, though. Or anywhere else actually... I've killed Varrock Guards and I've killed Dust Devils. The charms are pretty good, and summoning levels are never a bad thing. :D They're easy to camp at, and they aren't overly dangerous monsters. Maybe they aren't THE ABSOLUTE fastest, and maybe they don't THE BEST stackable drops, but so what? Do what you wanna do and what you find fun.
