I would rather have a game 7. Even if my team was in it, which may not happen for a while, I just love watching the game. Game 7 would be ideal for me, because of the pressure.

 

 

 

And I also want to see what happens at work if it goes to game 7. There are 2 major fans, one from each team. Once the game starts, they can't even look at each other except for score updates.

Just discovered the off topic forum and I didnt know there was thread about the NHL. Growing up here in Canada in a big hockey market like Toronto has made me a huge hockey fan. Just came to chime in that I am overjoyed at the success that these young Penguins have been having. I dont think I can call myself a fan of the Pens as that would be unfair to the Penguins fans who stuck it out during the years of possible relocation, bankruptcy and all around terrible hockey. But I really like these Penguins, I am a pretty big Crosby fan, even though the majority look at him at him as a whiny little brat. -.-

By no means am I claiming to be a Pens fan, but between the 2, Pittsburgh is easily my choice for the Cup. The Pittsburgh relocation was one I did not support, although I would like to see another team or two in Canada. I don't like Crosby, but mostly because he believes his own hype and incidentally does complain a quite a bit. However, I can admit he is one of the best in the league.

After last year though, I do think the penguins have the experience to win game 6 and push it to 7.

Even if the Penguins win Game 6 I dont think they have what it takes to win at the Joe. I like to remain optimistic but I dont see the Penguins winning.

I can see them winning. But it'll take all of their stars... Malkin, Crosby, Gonchar, Staal... Maybe Gill will get a hat trick in game 6? :lol: No? What about a single goal? :?

While I'm disappointed by this loss, at least the Wings will have an epic game seven win in Detroit. There's nothing like watching your team skate with the cup to "We are the Champions" at home.
