Woah? If I came here to call you a liar; I would have just left my post at "No pic. No proof"

In all honesty, I have no clue what the hell you are on about with these those terms 'Bench, press' etc.

I'm pretty skinny... 5'8 and 125 lbs. I just started weightlifting in October - I could barely bench the bar when I started. I max at 110lbs now, so in a few weeks I'll be able to bench my own body weight

I'm trying to bench double my body weight by the time I graduate from college. My friend whom I work out with started out at like 90 lbs, unable to bench the bar but within 3 years he could bench double his bodyweight when he weighed 150 lbs

Yeah a lot of people start like that. If you use protein and eat right you should grow insanely fast at first. I started at 95 lbs and went up to 135 for bench in less than a month.

May as well post mine...

Bear in mind these are all from the last set of a 5 reps for 5 sets program.

Deadlifts: 308

Squats: 225

Bench: 176

I'm 5'11"(ish) and weight about 160lbs. My bench hasn't improved in ages, I really need to work on it, not that it's a particularly functional lift but hey.
