Wisp
^I don't get how a guy who runs a website famous for racism and child pornorgraphy can be the most influential person in anyone's books. And from what ive seen on 4Chan he is no where to be seen, hardly influencing people. Child pornography is removed, and banned almost instantly. It's the users that post that. You may not see much of him, but he runs the whole site, pretty much. Hegemony-Spain
Baconxl
I love how people criticize 4chan as a whole because stuff they've heard about /b/ without even lurking at all. It's pretty sad. Honestly out of any of the people on that list that was posted before, moot is basically the most influential. Also yea, CP is non-existent and it's not even hardcore racism, more like stereotypes, which are funny. So please, do some research on the topic you're talking about before spewing garbage. Madmanpur3
But then they couldn't call them /b/tards...which is totally /c/lever. Napalm
Most of the people get the idea that 4chan is just /b/, but there are some other boards which are pretty good too. As for Christopher Poole being influential... well, most of the internet memes wouldn't exist if it wasn't for him... Could YOU imagine living in a world where you don't get Rick/duck/barrel Rolled? :o

Wisp
His real name isn't Christopher Poole... That was the name given in several articles, in BIG magazines, who don't lie about names. He later claimed it wasn't his name, as he likes to keep his anonymity, but no one knows if it really is or not. Or atleast no one can prove it. No he isn't. The other legit names were just auto-downvoted because they didn't have the right first letter. You seriously think that moot is more influential than Putin? Obama? The Dalai Lama? Also it's not all CP and racism, ever heard of the Anonymous protests against Scientology? Yes, and what did they accomplish exactly? They informed people. Before Anonymous and that I had only heard of Scientology as a silly religion thing, I never thought they were dangerous. Not much else to say really. /thread I don't see what's so bad about 4chan at all, people selectively interpret information. Half the things on 4chan are pefectly normal. Except /b/, which is what most people percieve as the heart and soul of 4chan.

Jernlov
It was just /b/tards mucking up the results. However each of their votes count... No matter how inhuman some of them are...Not just /b/; more like, the WHOLE of 4chan. In all fairness, he IS pretty influential.
