Community service for smoking at school, and that is it.

They called the cops just because you were smoking at school? What did you light up in the principals office or something close to that?

You can actually go to jail for smoking in public schools in Australia.

Yes, but they'll never enforce that. I can be fined 3000 euro by the law in my school and possibly imprisoned for up to 6 months, law throughout public and private schools in Ireland.

The fact that they even called the police is extremely strict, in my school it's a choice of 20 euro fine or calling your parents and telling them you were caught smoking. Guess what the obvious choice is.

When I was 11 me and some friends were hanging around in the park where a women walked past, being the idiots we were (they were a bunch of gangsters), we slightly took the piss out of this women while wearing school uniform, she went to the school found out who I was (I was the worst as I was young and wanted to be accepted) and the police later came to my house and gave me a warning.

Good :x Too many people do [cabbage] things just to get 'accepted' nowadays. If everyone did what they felt was right, not just trying to look good in front of everyone else then the idiots that do terrorise and bully will be the ones in the minority, not the other way around.

I know, I know. It was a very stupid and horrible thing to do, but i'm not like that now. *Is afraid that I put myself on the wrong side of Racheya*. But tbh, if that didn't happen then I would most likely be still hanging round with the chavs/gangsters

There is a school cop on campus for stuff like that. The dean-guy turned the corner as I inhaled, and I panicked and made a quick motion and put it all in my pocket, but he immediately knew what was going on.

Oh well, I learned my lesson.

I was smoking weed, by the way. Not cigarettes.

Meh, I've had a run-in for underage drinking, got by with three months of probation in town. They're tough on it here, and a bunch of us got arrested at a party for it. One night in a cell later, I get picked up, and a courtroom later, I get a few months of probation.

It won't stay on the record, since it'll be expunged if I hold up my end of the bargain and not break my probation.

I was going to eat hot dogs for dinner tonight. I think I will settle for cereal.

OPEN WIDE HERE COMES THE HELICOPTER.

While we're on the topic of underage drinking, why is it so cool for kids to drink/smoke at 14? I find it [developmentally delayed]. Drinking has become too much of a social activity, it should be left for tired husbands who hate their wives and are trying to forget about their problems :P .

Yeah at my school people have tried to put me down because I tried weed before. Anyways they all think it's stupid. I asked them if the drink often they say sometimes. When I say drinking occassionally is worse then smoking weed 3 times in almost 4 months they call me stupid -.-

Anyways once my sister called 9-11 by accident somehow. That's about it

It's great you know what you're talking about rustiod. Everything you've said is 100% accurate a true.

That being said...your a [bleep]ing [bleep] douchebag, and none of your advice will ever (or should ever) be taken seriously because of it.

disregard good advice because the giver is a douche

You must go to a weird school because it's totally backwards everywhere that I've seen. Instead, I sometimes feel the need to tell people I smoke weed in order to not get made fun of. (even though I never have)

Yeah weed is usually frowned apon. And the school tries to scare us. We got some weed booklets today. "marijuana contains 425 chemicals and the smoke contains over 2000" someone pointed that out to me lmao. I said yeah but who says they are all bad. Left him speachless ^.^

And I had a Better post but my iPod died on me right before I posted

I've heard it all before, typical propaganda fed to them by the school. They wont even investigate it for themselves, when they heard I did MDMA one night, everyone thought I was on the latest form of crack or something, they don't even know what MDMA is and the fact that it's practically impossible to overdose on as long as it's clean.

Funnily enough, they DO enforce it, to try and make the kids learn. My old primary school principal did 14 days for it, and 60 days for drinking. Numerous office employees at my high school were fined/given orders/suspended sentences. Not because it's a school, but because it's government property. The kids generally just get court orders, probation, ropes courses, curfew, etc, as well as 10 days suspension. Get suspended for more than 20 days in a year, and you are automatically expelled. The courts here tend not to punish anybody under 18 for anything.

Court order for Smoking on school property, is that for tobacco or Marijuana? Out of curiosity, what's a "ropes" course.

God bless Ireland's revolving door Law system, I doubt I'd face half of those punishments for my impending Assault trial.

10 days suspension! The most days someone can be suspended is five consecutive days in my school district. When I got caught smoking all I got was Saturday school. It happened at lunch and I was back for my seventh period the same day. Ha.

Tobacco. Marijuana is an automatic expulsion, and harsher punishments.

A ropes course is a physical outdoor activity that requires you to work as a team and "respect" each other to overcome numerous obstacles, generally made of or involving ropes. Things like climbing, moving through holes without touching certain points, etc.

10 days in Australia for external suspensions. It's illegal for them to assign us school on weekends, we need 2 consecutive days break.

Nothing. But this one time I jaywalked and I'm like [bleep] yeah.

you ever jaywalked backwards?

Aw hell yeah I'm gonna try that out.

I hate people who jaywalk, maybe it's my inability to deal with "cool" people or my inferiority complex but I wish in the middle of their jaywalk they get hit HEAD ON by a speeding car.

I don't know where "here" is for you. If it's Australia, when did I say it wasn't illegal? If anything, you'd assume because I said it attracts a harsher punishment that it WAS illegal?
