People have been saying that as a comment to the 'nerfing' of 26king, but do they mean that Bandos/Godswords will become cheaper? Why? And how much cheaper? Low C Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 Right now ags, bandos, and claws are crashing. Dont know where everything will settle but i'd think pre-pvp inflation. I'd think ags would settle at 60-70m and claws to settle at 10-20m if i had to guess. I remember bandos armour being 12m for the plate and 10m for tassets before all the inflation started happening. IT HAS NO POINT!!! :x ) but i think the trade limits ruined everything to! i lost my full guthix (aww my first expensive thing :( ) because i lended it to my dad!yes, my dad plays rs to, because he just wanted some nice and quite strong armor while going in minigames etc. i think that the trade limits ruined the economy of the game! but that had a reson! a proper one! but still... it just feels.....different! not because of the graphics update, i think thats just amazing, but everything else! aah, maby its just my OWN fault! because i didn't play for a few years (one day after trade limit upgrade) and i missed so much new improvements... there are ten tousand better ways than just raw wc'ing or anything else to get money! there are so many better things! when i started playing, i dreamed of full dragon, then barrows... and then??? a no-idea question! mmm i just want to expirence the game like before! stupid me....wy wy wy did i quit playing! I don't think it will crash that far because there are still people who think jagex might give pkers protect item back. Lets hope they see some sense. Thats how it always have should have been. I was so sick of all the noob "booo booo my gs went down today". They had no business using that sword anyway. PvP is better now. Since there is so many people and so much money in the Runescape Economy, Jagex had to find a way to eat up the extra money, make pvp better, and nerf 26k'ing. They put out Mobilising Armies, pretty much eats up your money/junk. I reached rank 100+ and all my junk was gone. However, it wasn't exactly enough and this update makes pvp way more fun. Now you don't have 1 itemers and stuff, not to mention the amount of items that will be lost due to this update. They nerfed 26k'ing even more and this will create the future: -Prices of pvp weapons will drop. -Prices of food/potions will go up. -Prices of armor might go up, or might go down, depends on their price right now and what kind they are. Did someone seriously buy D claws 3m? Sound like a pretty big lie. JoeDaStudd Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 For the first week or so theres going to be a big shift. After the scare has died down a lot of items will reach there pre 26k mark. Items like AGS and D claws will drop closer to similar priced items of the same power (if this isn't fixed I expect AGS to hit Sara if not Zammy levels). This is a guess but I expect BGS to rise close to zammy levels pretty soon as there will be a lot of people trading AGS's for BGS as there a better all round boss weapon (5 BGS's is far better for a boss battle then 5 AGS's imo). 2 hits of 60 vs a 50 hit lowering the bosses defense so everyone else hits, one helps you the other helps you and your team. D claws are going to be fun to watch as I have no idea, but should they hit 5m I'm going to have a play with them. As for the food it should drop in price as will potions, ammo and possibly runes. Barrows like d claws will be interesting to watch. I'm guessing this will be turned back fast though as its fubar'd a lot of the game. It killed 2 prayers, all high cost pking gear (1m+ items really), the whole pk'ing style people used and still didn't fix tricking. I tanked for a 120+ team (5 120+ attackers and me tanking) for 4 hours and never once saw more then 1 person at the door. The only crashers you might get are 100+ masses (I lol'd when I was scouting as the largest mass was 10 man with lvl 85+'s) but these know better and will soon leave if they even dare to enter the room. Zammy is never full so so never get crashers and like I said bandos is quiet as hell now. So theres little reason for an AGS and no reason for it over a BGS if your over lvl 120.
