August 14, 200916 yr GWD is 100% random free without a single doubt. However, if you teleport out of there after an hour or so you get an instant random. The reason there are no randoms is because of the Kill Count.

August 15, 200916 yr When I was fletching at cw at the one-click bank, I never got one random event. EVER. And I fletched for about 100 hours there getting to 99. And whenever I tele to varrock I'd get one instantly...You might want to try it out if you are ever fletching, training herblore, etc.
