I thought this should deserve it's own topic. This way people can plan their houses assuming the house limit will increase. I'll go ahead and personally assume it'll only increase by 1, but that's still much better than none. :thumbup: I've already spent about 2M re-arranging my house as best as I could and all I need is 1 more room to get exactly what I want. I mean really... if you're gonna add a new room, the room limit should increase, it just makes sense. :| I actually designed it assuming the Bar Room will get released one day, which it probably will. ;)

 

 

 

Next Tuesday please? If they increase it by more than 1... :shock: :shock:

 

 

 

That would be nice actually. I've always found the 30 room limit a bit restricting. I know it's probably meant to save on memory limits and that, but maybe a room limit could be possible since they are moving their data on the new servers after all... Hope it gets released. :D

As far as the bar room goes - has this ever been hinted at, or was it random player speculation? I certainly don't doubt the possibility of it (and would wholeheartedly welcome such a thing!). However if this is to come I'd best start making plans now before I'm forced to once again relocate my bedroom. Gilded furniture isn't cheap. :-#

Well I've browsed the RSOF a lot for Construction stuff and a few Admins have said they like the idea and would forward it. There's a few threads suggesting a Bar Room and they all have a few Admin posts and a few hundred supporters. Similar to the Pet Room that was released. ;) I assume if/when the Bar Room comes it'll have 3 doors at the most... I can't see it ever having 4.

I wish that I could say in RL that a 30 room house isn't enough for me...

I hope they release more rooms along with an increase in room limits. At high Construction levels, it is frustrating to have the 30 room limit.

 

 

 

If they don't release any new rooms, I'll just have to either 1) expand my dungeon in different directions, or 2) wait.

I support this! At least 1 room to fit the new update. More would be awesome.

Forget addinga new room, they should work on getting refunds when you destroy rooms... if not 100% at least 80, heck id take 10...

QFT I had to rebuild my chapel and throne room because I didnt know which way they were facing :wall:

I would love a bigger room limit, I ran out of rooms at 40 or so construction. :wall:

I dunno how ya'll fill up so many rooms!

Without sacrificing other rooms, it's nearly impossible to build an entertaining dungeon. Heck, most of the ones I've seen make it possible to see the treasure room from the oubliette, which makes it far less maze-like, and rather linear and short-lived. Besides, can you imagine the cash loss for building troll guards for each segment of a 30-room dungeon? Surely that appeals to Jagex.
