I think with this season being a half season, I think the Celtics could fair well. If they were going to give up so much why not do it at the start of the season? This whole thing was such a botched job by the union, first say you are willing to go all the way, then when reality gets to you... You put your arms down and fold...Admittedly I was not taking sides as I wanted both sides to crash and burn. But I would have liked to see David Stern on his knees but that never happened... He just caved to the owners talk.The Hornets are in a unique position in the league, seeing that they are the only time that is directly owned by the NBA, all other teams have their own owners (MLSE for Raptors, Sterling for Clippers, etc.). Looking at it this way, Stern is technically the owner of the Hornets, so he gets to have the final say on team matters. This is the first day since moving to Los Angeles in August that I've seen people rocking Clipper's apparel. All of it was very fresh and new looking as if they rarely worn them outside their homes. Bet your happy your Knicks got the win tonight Jeff. I'm curious to see at the end of year, how many starters don't obtain some sort of injury over the course of the season that doesn't take out of a game or more.
